Kilimanjaro Trekking in the snow

Kilimanjaro is a great destination for those seeking a unique weather experience. The climate on the mountain varies with elevation, ranging from tropical conditions at the foot of the mountain to near-arctic conditions at the summit. The best time to visit Kilimanjaro is during the dry season, which falls between December and March, when skies are clear and the chances of rain are low. It is important to note that temperatures can plummet quickly on Kilimanjaro, so visitors should pack accordingly. During the day, temperatures can reach up to 20°C, but can drop to below freezing at night. Finally, visitors should be aware of the risk of altitude sickness due to the thin air at the summit.

What will I be eating and drinking?
